You must cancel or reschedule appointments within a 24 hour notice. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours then you will be charged 50% of the service. No call no shows will be charged full price of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be marked as a no-show and the card on file will be charged the full service. Please attend your appointment solo. No children allowed unless they are receiving a service. An active card must be on file to book an appointment. Card on file will not be charged at the time of booking.
